Inspired by Indian tradition, we invite our guests to leave behind the encumbrances of the world and join us for a day of physical, mental and spiritual harmony.

  • We start before sunrise with steady, slow deep breathing
  • Yoga outdoors, welcoming the waking birds
  • Short lecture followed by light sunbath
  • Food preparation for the hearty breakfast
  • Light walk around the block
  • Gardening
  • Afternoon jog/brisk walk

  • Deep breathing session followed by a one hour sleep
  • Light walk on the grass
