Natural Health Camp, Near Lonavala

I followed the Nature Cure method of diet and exercise and lost 40 pounds in 6 months and kept the weight off! Shoulder pain is gone and I've had to get all new clothes.

My wife and I attended Dr Arun Sharma's Nature Cure workshop and implemented it as our way of life. The simple logical clarity with which we can get back in touch with our 'natural' self to live a disease-free lifestyle is a true gift! Thank you once again!

Before the camp I craved sweets, now I naturally choose health. In just a few days I dropped from 80 to 70 kilos, and even a defense officer complimented my fitness. This camp didn’t just change my body, it changed my habits and my life.

I have been trying to understand and follow Nature cure past 5 yrs but couldn't get the best understanding due to lack of interest and right guidance. After attending Dr Arun Sharma's camp in April 21' I could rightly witness the methods of a natural lifestyle. After coming back I didn't get my periods for 3 months and as said by Dr. When the body becomes cleaner and pure it may happen. In the meantime I have taken guidance from Tulikaji who helped me by recommending some procedures like hip bath, sunbathing, and the most important raw vegetable salad diet. (which I am still not absolute sincere with).And finally goy periods without any trouble.Thanks a lot to Dr Arun Sharmaji and Tulikaji.

I was looking for a healthier approach to life devoid of medicines. I read about intermittent fasting and started it about 3 months ago. On my continued search on Naturopathy, I came in contact with Dr. Arun Sharma whom we call Guruji, Nisha Koiri and Dr. Tulika Sanadhya. It is then that I started following Nature care. I am really liking the experience and the support provided by Guruji and Dr. Tulika. I have been following this lifestyle for nearly two months now and I have lost about 3 Kg weight. My Haemoglobin level has increased by one point. My Vitamin D and Vitamin B 12 have also increased from deficient to the acceptable range. All these without any supplements, but following the steps suggested in Nature care. In addition to their suggestions, I do yoga and pranayama for two hours in the morning and half an hour in the evening. I am a vegetarian since birth, but would recommend that all of you should follow the Nature cure path for better health.

Mr. Umed Mehta (Anju’s Papa) arrived on 19 October with a medically diagnosed degenerated spine. At 76 and 98 kg, he struggled to walk and relied heavily on medicines. Yet, with his dedication, discipline, and the support of Guruji, Venugopalan, Dr. Tulika, and Anju, his recovery was remarkable. In just 15 days, he was active, travelling to Jaipur, his village, and Mumbai. Sharing meals, fasting, and singing together strengthened our bond. After completing approx 6 months of practicing Nature Cure i could successfully complete and complete 10 km marathon in 1 hr 20 min with only 3-4 min break from jogging . This was unthinkable for me with no real exposure to marathon at this age of 62 . In short my fitness reached new height . Thanks to Guruji , Shubha madam , Tulika madam and NHS

My Experience of Healing journey. This happened, i found a dry light brown patch on my chest. It became larger and itchy with time. The information showed that it was a mild stage of a breast cancer. So my friend asked me to get in touch with Dr. Seema. I am thankful that it came on the surface of the skin and she made me understand that there's something wrong with my routine. i started having fruits and salads more instead of outside masala packaged food. I feel my body is even more active than it used to be.

Hi, I attended a 10-day nature camp with Dr. Arun Sharma in April 2021. Since then, I have been following the practices. In the second week of July 2021, I started experiencing severe pain in my collarbone. The pain aggravated to such an extent that I couldn’t move. From 16th July, Tulika Sanadhya started guiding and supporting me through the healing process. I started noticing improvement from the 3rd day itself, and with her and Dr. Arun’s guidance, my pain was 90% cured within a span of 15 days. I am truly grateful to her.
